Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns on items once they have been used. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase.
Upon receiving your delivery, you, the consignee, hold the responsibility for conducting a thorough physical inspection of the goods. In the event that you uncover any concealed damage or detect short shipments, it is imperative that you notify Bokashi Earthworks within 48 hours of delivery. You can submit a claim directly via email bokashiearthworks@gmail.com, Reporting within this timeframe is crucial to ensure the eligibility for a freight claim approval.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the checkout page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
